How to Set Up Add-on Domains in cPanel Print

This article will provide you step-by-step instruction on how to setup Add-on Domains within your cPanel account.

  1. Log into your cPanel account
  2. Under the "Domains" section click on "Domains"
  3. Once in the "Domains" page click on the "Create A New Domain" button
  4. Enter the add-domain name you wish to add within the "Domain" textbox
  5. "Share document root" option :
    • Deselect this option if you wish for your add-on domain to act as an individual separate site (NOTE: If proceeding with this option make sure to specify the directory where the files for the added add-on domain should exist within the "Document Root" textbox )
    • Select this option if you wish for your add-on domain to share the same document root as the primary domain associated with your cPanel account
  6. Click on the "Submit" button
