You can configure Gmail to send and receive emails from your HostMill email account:
- Log in to Gmail:
- Open Gmail and log in to your Google account.
- Go to Settings:
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select See all settings.
- Add a POP3 Email Account:
- Go to the Accounts and Import tab, and under Check mail from other accounts, click Add a mail account.
- Enter your HostMill email address (e.g.,
yourname@yourdomain.com
).
- Enter POP3 Settings:
- Gmail will ask for the POP3 server details:
- Username: Your full email address (e.g.,
yourname@yourdomain.com
) - Password: Your email password
- POP Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
(port 995, SSL)
- Username: Your full email address (e.g.,
- Check the box to Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server if you want to access them from other devices.
- Gmail will ask for the POP3 server details:
- Set Up SMTP for Sending:
- Gmail will prompt you to configure the SMTP server for sending emails:
- SMTP Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
(port 465, SSL) - Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your email password
- SMTP Server:
- Gmail will prompt you to configure the SMTP server for sending emails:
- Finish Setup:
- Gmail will send a verification email to your HostMill email. Once you verify, Gmail will be able to send and receive emails from your HostMill account.
