Here’s how to set up Mozilla Thunderbird for HostMill email accounts:

  1. Open Thunderbird:
    • Launch Thunderbird on your computer.
  2. Add a New Account:
    • Go to Tools > Account Settings, then click Account Actions > Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter Your Information:
    • Fill in the following fields:
      • Your name: (e.g., John Doe)
      • Email address: Your HostMill email (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)
      • Password: Your email account password.
  4. Choose IMAP or POP:
    • Thunderbird will try to detect the server settings. Choose IMAP for syncing emails across devices or POP to store them locally.
  5. Manually Enter Server Details(if needed):
