Setting up Outlook to work with your HostMill email account is simple. Follow these steps:
- Open Outlook:
- Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
- Add a New Account:
- Go to File > Add Account.
- Enter Email Address:
- In the new account setup window, enter your full HostMill email address (e.g.,
yourname@yourdomain.com
), and click Connect.

- Choose IMAP or POP:
- Outlook will give you options for the account type. Choose IMAP for better synchronization between devices or POP if you want to download all emails to your computer.
