Setting up Outlook to work with your HostMill email account is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook:
    • Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. Add a New Account:
    • Go to File > Add Account.
  3. Enter Email Address:
    • In the new account setup window, enter your full HostMill email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com), and click Connect.
  4. Choose IMAP or POP:
    • Outlook will give you options for the account type. Choose IMAP for better synchronization between devices or POP if you want to download all emails to your computer.
  5. Enter Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server Details:
    • You’ll need to provide the server settings:
      • Incoming mail server:
        • IMAP: mail.yourdomain.com (port 993, SSL)
        • POP: mail.yourdomain.com (port 995, SSL)
